Our Background

We have a long history. The church opened in 1849 – the cost of the building was £132!! In 1909, electricity was installed. A brick schoolroom was built in 1927 at a cost of £600. Renewal and refurnishment began in 1980, culminating in the purchase of upholstered chairs in 1998.

Formerly part of the Ebbw Vale and Tredegar Circuit, we now continue our long tradition of service to the people of Beaufort Hill within the new Gwent Hills and Vales Circuit.
